July 4 – American Day
To pay homage to America, :P we all agreed to wear something red, blue, white or all of the above and eat at Burger King – the most American food Granada has to offer. :P
To make good on my wish of avoiding taking a siesta, after class, I went to CLM1 and got on a computer for a few minutes. After that, I started heading out and realized I had to eat! So, I stopped on a bench in Plaza Isabel La Catolica and ate my bocadillo like an 8th grader on recess. :P
After that, I started to make my way towards the Science Museum. It was a freaking long walk! Anyway, I got there around 3:30pm. After having gone through 2 exhibitions, Breanna and Amanda found me! It was pretty cool coz I was getting bored. That was a fortunate coincidence coz we definitely didn’t plan on meeting. The Science Museum was pretty cool. The Butterfly Sanctuary was very pretty and the Planetarium show was pretty interesting. We left there and went to BK! I only had fries coz I had to be home for dinner coz I forgot to tell Ma. Luz ahead of time.
Tomorrow, we’re leaving for another weekend trip – Sevilla and Cordoba.
