June 20 – We’re Going to Cádiz
After classes, I went to CLM1 again to see what the deal was about going to Cádiz. I met with Julie and I don’t think she had class coz everyone else had left for London or Paris. So we both went to Veronica’s office and bought our tickets to go to Cádiz. We figured we were just gonna go for the day because it was too hard trying to look for a place to stay Saturday night. All of the places we’ve called were all full. We’re leaving the bus station from Granada at 3:00am, Saturday, June 21.
Julie didn’t want to leave her house very late so she wanted to meet before that. She went to my house to leave her backpack around 10:00pm and we walked around for a while. The city was so pretty, all the light decorations all over the city were lit. Of course, neither one of us had a camera. Anyway, whatevs. We had tapas at the tapa place near CLM1 and had sangrias. It was a nice night so that was good. Around 12mn, we started to walk back towards Camino de Ronda and went to the Internet Café. We were there briefly and then went to my house to get all our stuff.
We left my house around 2am and took a cab to the bus station.
A fun fact about Cádiz:
It’s the oldest continuously inhabited city in all of Europe.
